Hit a new PB this weekend at Laguna Seca, running my first full-power laps.

I'm pretty happy with turn 2 (hairpin), 9 (long left sweeper), and 10. Turn 11 (before the straight) was the worst, at around 8mph below my previous min speeds. Turns 3-5 were all several MPH below previous min speeds. Turn 6 was among my best, but there is still a LOT more speed the car can handle. The corkscrew was pretty good as well, but I've done 2mph faster, and the car has more if I can figure out the complex braking zone. But, this all means there is still low-hanging fruit to drop another second or more if I can string together a couple good laps!
Battery / Heat Management:
At full power, I get an out lap plus ~2 laps before heat and state of charge start reducing power below maybe ~525whp. By the end of the 3rd lap it is probably down 60-65% battery and, mostly due to heat, maybe ~300hp.
However, normally I run the car detuned to 300hp for consistent lapping, using about 50% per 20-minute session with no heat-related performance degradation. I am going to experiment 350hp next time as we continue finding the balance between speed and endurance.

Working through analytics. Definitely better than my last track day! Still,
Turn 2 (first turn on the graph): The green segment indicates I could probably brake a hair later and trail it deeper into the corner.
Turn 3 & 4 (~18 & ~27 seconds): The green during deceleration means lots of space to brake later and harder.
Turn 6 (~47s): The low average / sustained G loading, especially after the apex, indicates I can definitely enter faster to carry a good bit more speed and use more of the track on exit.
Turn 8 (~60s, entering the corkscrew): I've carried a bit more speed before, but it's also a complex crested braking zone so there may not be too much more to gain there.
Turns 9 & 10 look pretty decent!
Turn 11: Looks good on the graph, but obviously in the video I overshoot really bad. I have maintained 42mph min corner speeds through it, so I know I lost at least several tenths in just this turn alone!
Congrats on your achievement! It sounds like you still have some time on the table. Looking forward to hearing about your future progress.

Hah thanks! Hopefully someone finds it interesting enough :) .

Hahaha! Ironically, I found myself perusing some Tempesta P1s in 315/30R20... but honestly I'm not sure how much more car I can cut out of the way since I'm already just in the "technically fits" category with these 😅 .
