In particular, I had a thought today where I would hose down all the exhaust bolts that need to come off for my future LSD install. I'll be doing it in a week, so I figure if I hose them down now, they can not only marinate, but also heat cycle as I drive it a bit this week. I'm using pb blaster. 
 

thoughts? Experiences? Show and tell with graphic pictures?

That sound about right. I just don't want it to make a mess under the car. After all, she's only got 30k on her.

My experience  here in Michigan has always been any bolts on the exhaust, (manifold to head excluded)  that need to come off, skip the wrench, penetrant n such and go straight to the grinder (or torch)......course, all my cars have a lot more than 30k on them.

At only 30k everything should zip right off, even here, so you should be okay no matter what, unless your car was assembled with stainless bolts.  Those gall when new.

 

Driving it will burn off whatever you put on there, so I would choose something like Kroil that has an interesting odor.

I make my own with ATF and acetone. I usually try the blue wrench first. 

 

Ive recently switched to titanium for my studs and nuts. The studs have a 12pt end on em and so far I haven't had any real issues with galling in aluminum head yet

It is an aftermarket roadstersport exhaust, so it is relatively new, but not sure what kinda hardware came with it.
