I am going to rebuild the LSD in my e30 over my winter break. I plan on replacing the gasket as well as the mount bushing, hex bolt drain plug, and front diff bolt. Is there anything else I should replace? Output flange seals maybe?

If it can be removed and replaced with new parts, replace it.

That isn't a rebuild, that's a reseal. Rebuilding would be pulling the carrier out and apart and replacing the clutches, and replacing all the bearings on reassembly. Requires quite a bit of skill to set the clearances correctly.

A proper rebuild includes the clutches and bearings. Rebuilding BMW differentials is a closely guarded secret. The guys that do it want you to think it is nearly impossible for mere mortals to do, therefore you should send the diff to them along with lots of money. A little searching on the web will produce a thread or two showing step by step instructions with great pictures on what to do. Don't get me wrong, you need good tools and some skilz, but it's not a black art.

That could be said with a lot of auto repairs past engine work and brakes.
