You can adjust caster at the top of the strut.

The front suspension does suck. It relies on bushing compression to operate. But the front end is so light, that Saturn's turn really well. I do notice the steering on the 1999 SW2 seems to be almost too quick. I didn't know they changed the racks--other than the SL having a manual rack.

In daily use the 1995+ SOHC engine feels just as strong a DOHC. The gearing difference between the transmissions is noticeable.
