Anyone have their SA2015 helmet yet? Interested in real life reviews. What's the lightest helmet at a decent price, say under $600? Built in audio, or at least an option is a big plus.

For real light weight it has to be carbon fiber, which is expensive, generally. I race a car that can pull over 2Gs, so a light lid makes a material difference in how beat I am at the end of a race. I did 24 laps at Summit Point at an SCCA majors once - 240 turns in just under 30 minutes. So eventually I threw down and bought a Simpson carbon bandit. I like it but just found out they're made in China, and frankly, I don't trust the quality of manufacture of Chinese helmets.

So I'm looking at Black Armor Helmets. American made and affordable, and nice looking.

G-Force and Racequip both have an afforable carbon helmet (350 or less)
