Did you call locator before digging?

They use tracers. They are perfectly capable of locating most utilities whether or not they’ve been installed in the right place. 

Im sorry you had an issue. Sounds scary.

J.U.L.I.E was called. They located a small line that was laid correctly. It was where it was supposed to be. They didn't bother looking for the 4400 line in the middle of a field, because why would they?
