Loaner/rental for RallyCross in Wichita?

I just did my first rallyCross this last weekend, and I think it's the only kind of motor sport I'm ever going to do again. To say it was right up my alley is an understatement.

I was telling my cousin about it, he lives in Wichita, Kansas, and he would like to try it. There is an event near him in a couple of weeks, but all he has are SUVs. Does anyone know of or have a suitable car in the area that he could use or rent? If renting, I assume only an all wheel drive car, since loaners wouldn't have snow tires on them, and it's not preferable to do this in all seasons with 2WD ( unless someone knowledgeable says otherwise). 
also, if he's going with a rental, any suggestions as to make and model?

Wichita's a great place to RallyCross.  It's a small, close knit group who I'm sure would be willing to offer a co-drive.

Easiest way to find one would be through the Facebook Group "Wichita Rallycross Group"

When I lived there and helped organize events, we had plenty of cars show up from the local rental agencies, so that's an option too.
