I am looking at this tomorrow. It is over priced yet it has 82K for miles and it is a V6 with a 5 speed.
Input please

I have nothing to add other than agreeing that KatyB has proved to show extensive knowledge on these cars.

we have been pm'ing!
if i needed a car, i'd pay $6k for that one, tops. i bought my '03 V6/MT/Sport from the original owner when it had 125k on it. replaced front wheel bearings and lower control arms, and have been driving the wheels off it.
my general impression: powertrain is nice, but the shifter isn't honda quality. handling is good for a comfy mid-size sedan. seats are supportive, but i hate leather. parts are reasonably priced. fuel economy is decent for a V6 sedan. Bose stereo is nice.
water pump belt tensioner failed on the freeway at about 145k, so i ran for a few minutes with the needle pegged. didn't hurt the engine, but i don't recommend doing this. later years (i think '06-up) deleted the tensioner and used a shorter "stretch to install" belt, so that was my fix. power steering pump is making noise now, at 164k.
no other complaints in 2+ years of ownership.

replace the ps fluid with a good synthetic atf and add a lil rear end friction modifier to it. i bet it shuts right up.
