Hi All - if its not one thing its another.

I have these three gauges wired in below, finally got them all to power on but all 3 gauges are not reading the sensors.

1.) Oil Pressure just flashes and shows 0 PSI. I confirmed there is oil getting to the sensor but no reading.

2.) Water temp gauge was reading 243+ as soon as I cranked the car up from a cold start. (It shows 100 because the car cooled down and was not on)

3) AFR gauge jumped from 7 to 22 constantly, would not show a steady number. (Showing E2 because its disconnected. I took the whole tombstone off to make sure the wiring connections were all good, and plugged it back in to take picture)

I have all three wired together and into the cigarette lighter wiring. All the wires come together into 1 power and 1 ground wire, plugged straight into the cigarette lighter. I am reading 12 volts at the cigarette lighter connection.

Any ideas what else I can do to diagnose this?

I believe each of the gauges will have a wire from the individual sensor that will be  providing the input  (feed) to the gauges.

Most sensor work of 0 to 5V DC

Can you verify that you are getting a signal from each sensor?

Use a multi meter to validate signal voltage?

Good Luck

Post the wiring instructions for the gauges.  Thanks

I appreciate your willingness to help RacingComputers, I didn't get to work on the car yesterday, but your comments got me thinking....maybe I had them plugged into the wrong gauges?

sure enough I did...switched them and they worked when I fired it up! Now just need to tune the afr as I suspect that is why it's jumpy at idle
