...but I know nothing about this outfit. Looks like they are serious about having a go in the U.S., though.

news to me too... I wish them (and us) all the luck. We need more "green" choices for the commute so we can save fuel for the weekend

I'm just surprised I hadn't heard anything about it considering what they are saying they plan to offer. That, and them being a China-based company building vehicles in the U.S seems like it would be bigger news.

seems like its all very much in the "want to" and not so much yet in the "going to" phase.

I mean, hell, I myself am planning on purchasing a few thousand acres, opening a 2 billion dollar shop, and producing a few hundred thousand cars in the next several years.

I'm not sure you would want to make any bets on that coming through for me, though.

I've been to Tunica, MS before. That's where God is going to insert the enema when the Earth needs one. Granted it was 25ish years ago and long before the casinos moved in, but I saw no redeeming features at all. I turned that job down.

I've been to Tunica, since the casino's moved in, there's still nothing redeeming about that place, it's flat, and for being countryside in and out of town it's not even nice countryside. That and the weather always seems foul....blah.
