I'd say it would. Remember, it's still just got the VJ11 exhaust housing. It was hitting 20+psi by 2500rpms on the F2T it came off of, which was kindof scary.
I'm not sure if it would be real challenge budget friendly for anyone NOT running an F2T, though.
