Hoping to make the next one. Been over a year since I've seen some of you folks.
I'd never heard of this one, and I grew up over there!

Here is the trophy sitting in my office, he is very cool.
Thanks again for putting this together and someone else needs to get the little guy next time.

It's in beautiful Hickory Corners, north of Galesburg, east of Plainwell.

I spoke with several people at the meet and specifically Rob, he is OK with me continuing this theme and thread.
I am throwing up the Auburn, Cord, Duesy Museum and doing it on the weekend of the Auburn Spring Auction by Auction America on May 5 to 7th. If accomodations are needed I can organize them in Ft Wayne which is only 20 minutes south, I have doubts we can find anything closer as Auburn only has a couple of hotels.

This way those who want to do a day can, those who want to go to the auction can join us for the meet.
Let me know and I will start the arrangements.

I may be able to come down the evening of Friday the sixth and spend the day of the seventh there.
Any idea which day would be spent at the museum?
It is open as of now, I can work with the majority until we have to make a choice. So I suggest you post your preferred day for the Museum if you are planning on attending.

To put the Gilmore into scope we had our company picnic there last year... With 6000 people. It's huge.
Now that I know where the Gilmore is (thanks DeadSkunk!) that trip is an easy button for me as I have family in the area.
But I'd rather wait for the others to weigh in.

Hey JmfB, twice at the recent event I was asked be separate people if you were there or expected to be there. I just wanted to point that out so maybe you'll make the next.
Please, if you can, tell be if you wanted a shirt. My guy is firing up the last batch tomorrow. I have all the names/addresses of those who wanted one from the restaurant. Making sure I don't miss anyone.
I'll post who I have for sure when I get home later.
I'm down for whichever weekend day it is Steve. A week & a half later I'll be working Mecum's Spring Classic all week.
These are the names I have from the restaurant. I should have asked for avatar names, too. Anyway:
Paul Menges 2Xl
Rob Hentschel 2Xl
Paul DuPouy XL
Paranoid Android L
ChandlerGTi Xl
Moparman 3Xl
Moparman's buddy 4Xl
Chris Nickolife L (I'm real sure I got Beans his large)
I need addresses from :
Moparman
ChandlerGTi
Paranoid Android
Hold off on the addresses just yet (unless you're comfortable posting them here.) I'm afraid they'll get buried in my in-box if you e-mail me right away. I'll make some sort of announcement when they're finished.
Thanks for being patient.

No pressure. I was just reporting that people were wondering if you were there. I think they are just wondering if the legend is true...
Family comes first. Sorry to hear. Hope all works out well.
