Cut off the back and sell the upper and lower tailgates and cross member, provided they are rust free. That'll get you cash positive. It'll cure the departer angle too. It's "fairly" common. Less weight with the 10 spline axles is a good thing. Armor the diffs as well as relocated the tie rod so they are in a safe place.
