Finally snagged one!

05 Chev 2500HD - 6.0L gasser - snagged off Govdeals for $745 CAD all taxes and fees in!!!

Have some surface rust to deal with it it has about 200K miles (330k kms) on it - but I'm happy!

Yeah, based on what I have found here on Kijiji, it is a hell of a deal.

I'm assuming it's a 2wd regular cab longbed?  That's a screaming deal even if it's rusted to the point of being an engine donor. Nice job!

Well - finally had this in to be looked at - needs too much work much work for me to get back on the road.

If anyone is looking for a drivetrain donor - let me know. I know this is a longshot - truck is located 3 1/2 hours north of Toronto - North Bay, ON

No doubt in my mind  - only real issue is a sticky lr caliper

Needs too much work to get back on the road, unless it's to Winnipeg.  I'm ok with this line of thinking because a 6.0 C10 seems pretty cool. 

Hell of a good deal regardless of the shape. Ls engines in lots of places are really starting to command a premium just for the engines so that alone you scored extremely well.
