Long time lurker 2nd time poster...
So I've been on the look out for a miata since mid summer when I sold my 90 model with 200k miles. When I came across this>
http://salina.craigslist.org/cto/3331818874.html
it says its a 93, and the red interior, wheels, and lip under rear bumper says it's a 93le But, maybe with a front end hit ( no lip) and repaint color from the 94 le?
What bothers me is the ad states that it has a tilt wheel? and the front wheels look like they are high in the wheel arches. It appears to be sitting on level ground. Run to buy? or Run away?

Seems a little high on price to me especially since it has rust. But I guess it depends on your area. I didn't get a mythical deal on mine it has a couple dents but had 147k miles on it, timing belt done 15k miles ago needed tires for 2400 (rust free california car) the softtop on it isnt very good however the rear window is foggy

All Miata ads say tilt wheel. No one bothers to check. That feature never existed.
Looks like a cheap respray, not a natural Miata color. They even got the rear bumper lip, which should be a "natural" black trim color.
I'd wonder what rust is hiding underneath that respray.
Ride height looks stock to me.
Also, note the cheap seat cover. Driver's seat is probably trashed, and that red interior is half the value (or more) of a 93 LE.
