Hey all.

So idiot me is gluing down a piece of interior trim today and spills a big ol' drop of superglue on the passenger seat. I then proceed to try to wipe it up and just end up spreading it and soaking it into the fabric. I basically think I am not going to be able to remove it, and my OCD nature will not let this go. So I am turning to you for help. Does the acetone treatment work on this? Has anyone successfully removed superglue from seats?

Thanks.

CA adhesive debonder. Don't know how it would affect the fabric though.

What's the seat made of? If it's some kind of synthetic fabric, good luck.

I didn't even know that was a thing. Let me try it. Thanks!

I believe most of those are simply acetone.

Methyl ethyl ketone might work too.

Beat me to it. Dry ice and smash/scrape the stuff.
