Only teaser pics available for now. Looks like a shortened Porsche Mission E concept, right down to the nose shape.

Says it won't have a "conventional" li-tion battery, so probably a lithium-based battery with fancy new nanotech electrodes.

As a Delaware resident I don't believe a word that Fisker says.

Want more EVs, want more range, but +75,000 to HFmaxi, fraudsters I think.
Also, can't they just make a regular car with awesome range? Why ridiculous doors to make everything harder?

In other news, I'm changing my name to Elio Fisker Delorean. Has a nice ring, doesn't it?

as Tesla proved, a "normal" looking EV sells. There is no need to make it look out there for the simple sake of making it look futuristic. Most people want a car that they can get in, get where they are going, and get home. If they wanted flash, they would buy a Ferrari or a Lambo. There is a reason the Camry is one of the best selling cars

I'll take something unique over "normal" every day of the week. Special-hinge doors though? No care.
Update: Car's called the Fisker EMotion, looks like it'll have a graphene-enhanced lithium battery.

I like it. Looks like an RX-8. Probably won't be nearly as reliable.
It'll be hard work to make an EV as unreliable as an RX8
TTAC says the battery is actually a graphene supercapacitor

"... graphene conducts electricity much faster than any other material..." You mean faster than the speed of light? So like, we'll have warp-speed charging? Great.
Couldn't help but note "... He told Business Insider that his company is patenting a machine that could “feasibly” produce 1,000 kilograms (2,205 pounds) of graphene at a cost of 10 cents per kilo." "Feasibly" is a key term here - kinda like "might" or "possibly" without any promises, so invest now.
Reminds me of Moller and his 30-yr old flying car concept that's burned through $70M of investor money, so like this guy, they're good at talking.
