Any GRMers with a project that requires extra hands - let me know. My kids are in college and I'm bored. I'm not particularly great at it but I enjoy some wrench therapy. Mechanical things interest me and I could use some new people in my life.
I'm also interested in learning about AX. If anyone participates and would be open to a passenger, hit me up. Cheers
awesome post.. We need to do more of this type of thing.
I'm in Minnesota, so I can't help you.. but you are always welcome in my garage to drink some Castle Dangers or non alcoholic drink of your choice..
I'm in Marietta/East Cobb. Come see the Free Europa racecar and the 2JZ Rice Rod anytime. I'll add you to the car meet email list.

AK2 starts at Michigan Tech this fall. How far are you from Houghton?
I'm in Lawrenceville. Got a few other things going on that have been keeping me from working on the Dart as much as I'd like, but one of these days I'd like to get an 8 3/4" axle installed, and that's not something I want to tackle by myself.

As you know, I'm in Dallas. Unfortunately I have the mechanical skills of a drunken iguana and pretty much live on the road. When I am home, I'd be happy to chat with you on performance driving. I haven't done AX in years but performance driving is literally my life.
In reply to SKJSS (formerly Klayfish) :
I'd love to be willing to commit funds to performance driving experience/school (like the P-car center).. and/or a sporty car.
But two kids in college and a desired seven year retirement timeline has me keeping things tight for now.
It would apply to AX too. And next time I'm at AMP you need to come out for a ride in an exotic.

Never done that before but I'm down when you get around to it.
