I dunno. It sounds nice but i dont think a shop would ever want to initiate a conversation about who is going to drive the customer's car, or when, or how. Customers are a PITA about that and i think most shop owners just hope that customers never ask who will drive their car because if they put a bunch of conditions on that, it could quickly escalate to the point where you'd prefer they just went somewhere else rather than telling you how to do your job or how to delegate tasks to your employees when they likely know just about zero about how the shop functions or how work gets done.

Or just don't take your car to a shop.where you feel like you have to demand how they treat your property?
