IMO it's almost Challenge-priced. I think you'd need to haggle him down a bit to make room in the budget for tires.

The ac wouldn't help, and would actualy make things worse (at least in my poor understanding of thermodynamics)

Is it just me, or does the engine not seem centered? Granted, that is probably one of the smaller issues with this vehicle.
