Awesome combo of car, driver, and racetrack!
Here’s a kind of counterpoint: a slow driver (me!) in a Mercedes 190E 2.3-16 vintage racer at the same circuit.
This was with stock US-spec engine, which barely put out 170 hp. The E30 M3s easily pulled away from me on the straights, but I could sometimes claw back a little bit of ground on corner entry.
