We learned this week that some patching up will do just fine! 
I wouldn't expect a neon to have an interference head. What kind of power are (EDIT: were) you getting out of it?

I posted this on facebook also, but tell Per Bill and i are putting a clutch in his old Neon and will be running it at the ECTA Ohio Mile event in April. Should be fun!
