Can confirm that it makes some really rad noises at full tilt. Excited to see how it competes this weekend.

That's right, you were there for the test.
Sounds like all systems are go.
The team's getting set for their first outing.
A successful test day ends with tech. Tom Suddard says, “It’s fantastic. The car does anything you want, wherever you want, whenever you want. It’s fast.” Our first endurance event begins tomorrow,
with Lucky Dog Racing League.

Things are going very well for now. We're an exhibition car but it's still fun to lead the race.
Driver change. We were flying and we were consistent. Wayne Presley was in the car for the first stint. Tom Suddard now at the controls on track.
Go, Tom! (And be careful)
Driver said he lost his brakes. Hmm. A set of new pads all around and some fuel, and we’ll be back out.

That I am. Looks like Tom lost his brakes just about the time I posted that, so good thing I did or something bad might've happened. (And NOW I'm really such a mom.)

Be safe, go fast, have fun! Car looks great!
We were fast - but it didn’t last. We suspect we have blown a clutch. Time to get to work.

Current status:
Transmission is nearly out. Clutch is likely fried. Tim just got back from Charlotte with a new OEM clutch and flywheel. Should have it installed tonight.
On his way there, Tim swapped two flat-spotted tires out for new ones at a tire shop.
On the brake pad front, Wayne is in his tiny little plane flying to Nine Lives Racing in Atlanta. They have some pads on the shelf that will work.
If all goes according to plan we'll be back on track in the morning.
Next staff meeting gonna be lit when someone has 40 gallons of av gas on their credit card statement under "brake pads"
GRM at dark. We’re doing all sorts of stuff. What are you up to?
After a suspected clutch issue, we found the problem - a broken CV joint. Unfortunately, we’re done for the weekend. The good news: we’re fast in our first outing and learned a bunch. The next step: increase durability.

No surprises about Pobst being fast. He knows that track, and that car so well.
A little surprised to hear a Stratus being in the top. That's awesome. Not a usual chassis for endurance racing
Today's top five:

2. 740
