Not even sure very many exist after looking on my own actually. These seem like big cars, but at only ~3000 # might be interesting as autox cars if you can get them low enough. I've been to many Mopar Nats, but do not remember seeing any of these lowered.
=thanks...
Dart sport did not exist until 1973 when the demon name was discontinued.
Are you looking for any Autox Chrysler A body or specifically the 1973-76 generation?
I am in the final stages of building a 64 Dart Autox car...
https://grassrootsmotorsports.com/forum/build-projects-and-project-cars/road-race-autox-project-1964-dart-grune-holle/156515/page1/
And the first Autox at carlisle in july 2020:
Looking at something like this:
There's a Dart wagon near me that is incredibly cool. I wish I had a pic to show you.
They seem fairly small, which makes me think they could be made fun for autox.

Man that is a cool ride. Looks like a lot of fun too. Was that a Volare' hiding behind it in a couple of those pics?
there are not many like it. This one is mine.
70 duster tucking 255/50/17 rear and 255/40/17 front on a bunch of trick stuff.
Db, I wouldn't have noticed the difference in tire sidewall if you hadn't shared that, but I see it now in the picture you shared. Chrysler styling really did a great job on a bunch of their cars from about '64 to '74 or so, with just a few misses. Dusters came out pretty nicely.

Hmm... I have never seen any chrysler folks use those wheels before...
Nice work.
In reply to drock25too :
#18 and #12 are '68 darts.
#74 is a 72-74 challenger E body.. wider, (illusions of lower long hood short deck) heavier.. some argue better looking.
Greg
Ehrenberg's Green Brick. 69 Valiant.

You have some cool stuff in that garage. I have a couple of Japanese Dodges, 98 Avengers. Not sure you can really call them Mopars. Then I have a '73 Dodge Rectrans Discoverer, that needs to be totally restored. Has a 413 and I think a 727 automatic.
Another nice place to look is Aussie 69-70 Valiant VFs, which look pretty bad ass in racing trim. This one from the Touring Car Masters has always caught my eye.

I like that yours sits low. I'm not sure why, but it seems like most Pro Touring Mopars sit like a 4x4 truck.
In reply to NickD :
Most mopar guys don't put the extra effort into making them functional this low. They go with what is available and bolt on.
Slantsix: tons of guys use them over on forabodiesonly.com. unless that was sarcasm and im just not awake yet....

Yes.. I was kidding..
I have 3 cars with those cheap mustang take offs.. They work well.
Greg
In reply to slantsix :
Agreed! With they were 17x9 with a little more lip, but for the price they can't be beat!

The pictures like what Db and NickD posted are exactly what I was looking for (not sure of the *-body nomenclature). I love what Db has done to a car I usually only see in that familiar 4X4 stance. I like the fact that it looks like a car you could turn and not worry about tipping over, unlike some Mopar guys (like my best friend) who only care about going straight down the strip...
thanks guys.
The nomenclature is for a body style. Dart, duster, demon, valiant, dart sport, scamp, swinger were a body
Road runner, satellite, coronet, etc were b bodies.
Fury, new yorkers, etc were c bodies
70-74 cuda challenger were e bodies
Mike Garret's (Purple one) was somewhat documented on Speedhunters under the title 'Project Yankee'
Project Yankee start
From 2015, and I believe the project wrapped up in late 2016 early 2017

Well, the second part is pretty darn easy.
