That's interesting, since the 928 S4 only did 171 at Bonnevillle, and a 928 Club Sport was tested at 173 by a German magazine.

They are neat cars but the notion that they will break 200 is BS.

This. It's not that I dislike the 928 - like silverfleet, I have a few old diecasts from when I was a kid (and the 928 was new) - it's just for the buy-in price for a nice one, there are a TON of V8 powered cars I'd rather have... A nice TR8 spider, for just one example. Hell, when we're talking about GT cars for cruising around, there are a number of American V8 cars I'd rather have...
