...right up until they announce the next 911 will be mid-engine. Cuz they're afraid that would tank current 911 sales.

Don't they already sell a mid engined 911, called the Cayman?

Because that was a prototype and the mid engine 911 race car is entering in what is ostensably a street vehicle based series.

I was talking more about the whole 911 purist and there marriage to the Moter being way out the back. But yes you are correct.
