There used to be Lillehammer hillclimb videos on wrc.no. It was gravel back then.
Some of the names are familiar.
IIRC, Lasse is/was a regular on rx7club.
Wow, Norwegian hillclimb YouTube videos! I stumbled on them a while back, and am pretty surprised to see someone talking about them here. That white Camaro is entertaining to watch, and I'm sure it's a big crowd favorite.
My wife is Norwegian - she was born and raised there, so we often go visit in the summer. Surprisingly, they love old American cars in Norway. Since most Norwegians can also speak English, I've talked to a few guys about their American rides - they have all been pretty pleased and excited to talk to an actual American about their car. One guy with a '68 Vette roadster was so excited that when he drove off, he did a big burnout as he left. I don't think that is something that most Norwegians have ever seen before, because the bystanders that witnessed it looked absolutely stunned, as if it never occurred to them that such a thing was possible.
A few years back we were there over the 4th of July, and my brother-in-law was excited to take us to a big 4th of July car meet north of Oslo. I was shocked to find around 150 American cars in attendance. There was everything from your typical hot-rod Chevelles and Mustangs to K-cars and Dodge Diplomat wagons. But what was most surprising to me was that it was a Wednesday, so everyone there likely had to take work off to go to the meet.

The Norwegians are the best, I'm married to a descendant.
I joined the Swedish Volvo forum to ask some questions about souping up my 1800 about 20 years ago. I posted my questions in English and also in Swedish using Google Translate. Those stuck up Swedes wouldn't give me the time of day or respond even though I was the first person in the world to stuff a Volvo 6 cylinder motor into an 1800. (Even the jerk salesman at IPD Volvo in Portland, OR back in the 70s hung up on me when I wanted to buy a hot cam for my B30 engine when I told him it was in my 1800 and he said that was impossible and I was lying.)
The Norwegians however where happy to talk to me and answered every question I had about aftermarket parts and turbo charging my car. They eventually told me to just speak English and not bother using Norwegian Google Translate since it kind of sucked and that they all spoke English anyway.
It would be fun to make a trip there and meet my wife's distant three generations removed cousins.
