They were all set to come to the '02? Challenge with a Camaro, I think. But then Gray Baskerville, a Hot Rod writer and mentor to the staff passed away and the guys back-burnered the Challenge project. David Freiburger did end up coming to witness the Challenge and I met him there. He is a really nice dude. They put a small article about the Challenge in Hot Rod and included a pic of my Monza, which was sweet!

That article, Aug 2003 I think, was what stated me on the road to the magazine and, eventually, these forums.
