Just wanted to say thanks for joining us this past weekend. We tried some new things this year--Friday dinner, Golden Ticket awards, etc.--and I think it just added to the fun.
So, thanks.

Oh, and the recap: http://grassrootsmotorsports.com/news/2014-rolex-24-at-daytona-recap-grassroots-experience/
The only time I stayed around the GRM tent this weekend was on Friday huddling from the wind and cold but the opportunities that y'all offer is amazing and makes the GRM ticket a "must buy" every year. Thanks for all that is arranged.
Just wish my truck hadn't decided to dump water from the lower intake manifold gasket on Friday... Had to sit at home, just four hours away, and watch by what ever means necessary.
I watch the race on TV and it was cool to hear GRM get a shout out during the broadcast! And David they even quoted you.
I just got home. This past week was the best vacation we've ever taken. Thank you for all the work you guys do. I'll post more when we finish getting settled. I just had to fish a dead mouse out of the toilet and still have to unpack the car.

I know. I totally owe Tommy Kendall for that.
Mrs Aussie and I had a great time, had some quality time with a number of the regulars including: wbjones, Wally, Tom Suddard, mistanfo, Bill and Barry of Scaries fame and to all the others I spoke to.
What a great weekend, bring on 2015
wasn't this Rick's first GRM Rolex ? how did he survive ?
and thanks to all y'all .. especially Debbi, Nancy, and Gary … and Margie… once bought, I stay bought
Really had a great time too! First timer but we plan on going every year now. Nice meeting the GRM crew and seeing all the magazine project vehicles parked around. I think it would be nice to have name tags next year, with our forum names on them. I couldn't help but wonder with all the people I talked to who they are in here. Anyway, great time, thanks.
This was Rick's first Rolex with us, but not his first Rolex--before joining the GRM family, he was with Grand-Am since its inception.
And we hear you guys on the name tags.
Rick and I have already been kicking around ideas for 2015, too.
And why do we need some name tags? Because I was talking to Wally and didn't realize it! I know, I'm an idiot.
If I had know Wally was going to be there I would have made sure I was at the race. Meeting Wally would have been the high point of 2014. Stupid start of the semester always getting in the way of the Rolex.
I had a great time. I met Steve, WB Jones, and Mistanfo there by name and talked to a bunch of other people but am terrible with introductions. Hopefully the stars align and I can take a vacation next winter too.
I don't know if I met Wally or not but I met Paul Tracy in the pits. And when I say "met" I mean I somehow ended up standing next to him and I said "Hi Paul". Well, it looked exactly like him and he said hi back so I am pretty sure it was Paul.

Huh. Did you punch him! I would have.....
