Enjoying the live stream on IMSA. Any updates from members of the hive that are there? Every time I see this race or Le Mans, I start thinking about liquidating everything to drive those races.

I just got back to the car to charge my phone, and am heading out for the midnight garage tour. The temperature is a bone chilling 50 degrees and I have a nice sunburn going. So far it's been a great race.
This broke through the splitter & tub and then into the front of the car.. By the way we are out of the race. Andy Lally per Twitter
Well, I'm here at the entrance to the Intl horseshoe and #44 just went by and is 11th in GTD, so perhaps they were just playing dead?
I was enjoying the team owner's commentary to his chief while he was driving last night. He seemed concerned about managing to hold 14th.
Love seeing Keating and gang take the win in GTD. Too bad Chrysler decided to walk away from Tudor.
What happened to the 81 Porsche to cause it to spin like that? It was spooky looking.
Hell of a final stint by Dixie, and this was almost like 40 years ago, showing that a good race driver is a good race driver, with two Indycar drivers, a top NASCAR winner and an up-and-comer from the dirt tracks on the winning team. Sage Karam did a great job in the 02 until it broke, too. The Chipster has some promising new talent. Great job by Corvette Racing, too - 5th overall!
I feel bad for Chevy, they took 6 out the first 10 overall positions. Ford got the top spot. OK, I was kidding, I don't feel bad at all
Larson was actually the Sprint Cup rookie of the year last year. I do love that Chip drew from all of the resources to build a heck of a team for the Rolex.

Hear hear.
And apparently that's the same car that won the UTCC last year (just with proper restrictors and aero in place).
Keating is a cool guy, and really gets our world. Bill Riley is, too, for that matter. Nice to see those guys win, despite being a newly-privateered effort.
Re: Larson - I know he was Sprint Cup ROY, I just loved how he described himself in Victory Lane as "a dirt track, sprint car guy."
Awesome event! I also figured out I am connected to some elite company. I raced against a Ford engineer who was working with Ganasi's teams this weekend. I went to college with a race engineer who works on the Corvette teams. And I know one of the GTD winners from my Skip Barber days. So what's that Weird Al song? http://m.spin.com/articles/weird-al-lame-claim-to-fame-southern-culture-on-the-skids-video/
I see keating a few times a year floating around the Texas races and at the COTA events. Got a chance to sit down with him at the first Tudor event there. There was no one around so we just chatted for awhile. You can tell he just loves to race and cars. His budget is just a little bigger than most of ours.
Now if I could just afford to be one of his customers. haha. He always has some cool toys at his store.
