We are on the road and our 50 amp automatic transfer switch has quit. It is an IOTA ITS-50R and automatically transfers between three power sources - shore power, generator, and inventory.
I have contacted a couple of RV parts stores, but they generally don't seem to know what they are talking about - actually bought one from Ca****g W***d that I was assured would do what I needed. Just called the manufacturer and it wont.
Any thoughts about a brand / model replacement would be appreciated. Non-China prefewon't.
THANKS

Not that it helps your predicament, but apparently there's a recall on this particular unit.

Not sure where you're at but I've dealt with this place in Indiana. Friendly, knowledgeable and been in business since '51.

We are currently near Anacortes, Washington. At this point, I am thinking I will have to replace the switch when we get home and deal with extension cords until then.
I saw the recall as well. Safari / Monaco went bankrupt about the time of the recall, so we never got a notice. Guess I'll check with Iota to see what they did with the recalled units.
Finally, I will call the outfit in Indiana and see what they have to say about a replacement.
Thanks all.
