Which is better.

I have a small gravity pot that works fairly well. But I'm considering sandblasting the exterior of SanFord.

If a pressure pot is substantially better I'd consider buying one. I have enough compressor to push either one without a problem.

Another question. Will soda blasting remove rust?

Absolutely, it's fantastic at it.

That's news to me.

And I would say a pressure pot is better than a siphon feed.

I bought a water sandblast kit for my pressure washer from Northern Tool. I haven't had time to try it yet, but I'll post here when I do.

Video of one being used. Not Me.

FYI. Water blasting steel is OK but it will flash rust almost as fast as it dries. You can remove the rust with a phosphoric acid solution that will also leave a coating that you can paint over with etching primer.

Soda blasting will NOT remove rust.
