Saw a mew 2022 Civic at the dealership today while getting a new key for my (new to me) Pilot.

4dr Sport. In person the 'butress' above the H on the front is kind of huge and awkward looking. The interior looks AMAZING (at least for an economy car) although I didn't get to sit in it. The exterior is definitely more subdued than the previous gen, but I actually like those. I think the looks of the new one's will grow on me.
Just thought it was interesting to see since I didn't even realize they were out yet.

It would dwarf my dad's 1980 Accord growing up. I still like it though.

Although I haven't seen one in person, I really like the way the front of the car looks. To me it looks like a modernized evolution in styling of the 5th gen accord.

I guess lots of people talk about how they wish they could go back and buy a late 80's Accord. Well, now you can, it's just called a Civic!
All it needs is a manual trans and a fifth door.
I'm still waiting for the previous styling to start transforming into Decepticons.
Personally, I'm getting Scion-TC-with-more-doors vibes.

Thanks for posting those pics ... I like what I see there. No surprise but looks a lot cleaner than my 2020 Si 4 door does.
All jokes about Accords aside, I enjoy looking at it a LOT more than the previous gen. I felt disgust every time I saw one.
Thank you Honda for making my morning commute more enjoyable by designing a car that doesn’t make my eyes hurt with complexity and angularity. I am grateful!
I find it interesting how quickly some of these brand new models are showing up at dealerships. Honda and Hyundai/Kia seems to put the new model right in your hands as soon as the first release articles come out.
I like how it appears you can actually see out of them. Lots of glass, very little a-pillar.
The new dashboard is so far ahead of the outoing Civic it isn't funny. The last one looks like a crime scene compared to this;

The only thing I would want to change is going back to a 'real radio' and a less prominent LCD on the dash.

Thanks for posting, it's good to see some non-official photos of it.
Colored me interested, but I'm eager to see the hatchback, Si and Type R.
