Some C4 with your Mustang maybe?

I was expect mid '80s Vette parts in a Mustang.

I was expecting plastic explosives and a badly torn up car.

That car looks pretty darn nice, and doesn't have a hole blown it.

C4 is the smaller automatic trans that ford put behind most small block V8s.

C6 is the larger auto trans that Ford put behind the big block V8s and some of the hi-po small blcocks.

The FMX trans was could be found behind the later model cars.

All are three speed autos.

Oh you guys where thinking C4 like the stuff that goes boom.

I just didn't know we needed an announcement for an automatic Mustang.

yeh this was a non-event.. now the OP knows what a c4 tranny is, though
