Better off to buy a roller or can the front/rear clips be purchased economically? What sources?

Edit: Now that I think about it I'd be curious about the same information for C4 Corvettes...

Usually better to buy a complete car. Buying the individual parts adds up pretty quickly.

Don't need a WHOLE car but I may have a project in the pipeline within the next week or so that could use the front/rear suspension... I'll keep you posted.

Not just cheaper, but actually profitable to buy a complete car.

I just went though this with the Volvo P1800 project where I am essentially doing a Miata V8 conversion but with a bit more room!

You DO need the room and energy to pull the Miata apart and deal with the Craiglist calls.
