Wow! Imagine a dozen or so on a go kart track. That would be hilarious.

I thought that it would be fun to ride one around Daytona during bike week. Then I remembered that I would rather not be in Daytona during bike week, and that I would want to be surrounded by steel if I'm on the streets.

I just broke an ankle and injured my back just looking at the picture of that bike.

They'd make nice moving slalom cones for a shifter Kart.

Safety third. 

Just make sure you don't screw the window net into the door.  That would be dangerous.
