Suggested New Tab Thread - Internet Finds with Project Suggestions
I have an idea for a new tab on the message board (above).
Idea is for everyone to list their internet find "grassroots" project cars and trucks they find for sale, followed by their suggested "grassroots" ideas of what they would do with said car or truck find. Each thread listed under that tab, everyone has the opportunity to list what they would do differently on the "grassroots" build.
Each month the editors pick one of the posted thread finds and ideas to publish in the magazine. The "chosen one" who started that editor selected thread posting receives some Grassroots prizes (shirt, sticker, etc).

-Swap a used LS GM Truck Engine (5.3 or 4.8) -Powertrax Locker -Sand it down - go simple single stage white paint (Rustoleum or Tractor Enamel) and replace the with wood grain with a carbon fiber vinyl wrap. -Tint the rear windows -Install Moon Disc wheel caps -Update the A/C -Install Rear Airbags for hauling/towing -Remove carpet, go bedliner on the floor -Pull the existing V8 out for a future S10 build or sell it off to someone else
The thread then continues with other suggested builds on the found project car.
