About 6 months ago I posted the question "What car should I get?" and naturally I got the same answer you probably have in your head right now.
Miata.
I thought then, me being a teenager, oh i need space. . . blah blah.
Thank you for planting the seed of the Roadster because it blossomed, i drove one at a local used car lot and couldn't have anything else.
About 3 weeks ago I bought a '94 m edition. The guy who sold it to me made me a deal and its my new love. My girl friend probably feels abandoned... oh well.
Its the most fun car to drive in the world and only took a couple days to perfect the heel toe. Can't wait to rip around some corners at the Houston Annual Autocross in 2 weeks.
Thank you Miata fan GRM readers
Zach
May I then also suggest an E30 plaything, an ex-cop car daily, a cheap late '90s Subaru rallyx car, an Astro for towing... Did I mention upgrades from Flyin' Miata?
We're enablers. Hope you've got plenty of parking, as there's a Yugo, Alfa GTV6, SVX, and without a doubt, a quad turbo small block Mazda MPV/Locost mongrel headed your way.
Welcome to the fold.

You forgot the Wartburg lust, the desire to cram an LS1 into everything, and the idea that anything, and everything can become a sweet, fast racing machine.*
Welcome to the fold.
*Except for Fiat Multiplas, and Hummer H3s.

Did I mention the small block in the MPV-turned Locost WAS an LS1?
Oh God, that damn Wartburg keeps me up at night...
don't forget to leave room for the ZAV!

You may want to take that sentiment up with Robby Gordon...
Oh, and this is a Fiat Multipla Abarth. I think I could turn this into a very fun vintage racecar.

Yeah, the girlfriends/wives out there probably love this board as much as free porn and beer day.

I'm adding 'free porn and beer day' to my calendar.
Nice Miata!
Me too. Does it matter where we put it?

Nope, cause it should really be every day.
wait wait wait...no one has mentioned the fact that you never EVER EEVVVAAARR consider cars that cost more than 2k anymore unless youre strapping loved ones inside it...youre always wondering how much of the total you can recoup by selling the ac components, radio, dashboard, rear/passenger seats, headliner etc etc....
