Early model exa convertible, pretty rare 80s gem.

This thread is awesome. How do you get more 80s than a DeLorean? With this:

OK, if we're posting dashboads I gotta go with this one: 1981 Mazda Aria MX-81 concept car by Bertone It looks like you're playing a goddamn game of frogger with the steering wheel

It's hard to picture the current crop of interiors looking this dated, and yet, they will. Very difficult stuff to futureproof--although I'll admit that late-90's Honda stuff doesn't look all that horrible now.

Odd to me how exteriors age so much better style wise. I mean, the difference between a GNX exterior and interior don't even seem like they're from the same car.

This is the 80's to me, and I still own mine, just like this one except for the little blower, cowl hood, 4:10 gears, GTA wheels, Konis, big sway bars, Eibach springs...This summer it gets a new headliner, fresh rings and better brakes.

This thread needs pics of the cars that started the '80s angular styling, even if they're more '70s-looking.

You know, I think Pro Street did end after his J2000 showed up.

I know they sold Fuego's over here, but I've never seen one on this continent. I used to see lots in the UK. Great cars.

I can't post the pic, but '85 Toyota Celica GTS says 80's. I had a white one and it was a great car. Traded it on a Merkur XR4Ti. That was probably a mistake...

Only the English could take a Honda and make it unreliable.
