His concept was awesome and they whittled it down to a anemic fwd car. Mitsu has been down hill for a long time.
He quit and went to work for West Coast Choppers back in it's hay day. Some pretty crazy stories.
That's awesome! (That you know the designer, not what they did to his concept). I always thought that even the production version of the 4G eclipse was really cool looking and a big risk for Mitsubishi at a time when wacky designs were settling down. It's just a damn shame they built something that cool looking out of a turd of a Galant....
