So our '07 Mazda CX-7 Turbo ball buster has constantly brown, smelly tranny fluid. I flushed it once ~20k ago with the high tech dealership stuff, and it's back to the same old crap. Internet rumblings say that this is a common problem, requiring frequent flushes.
I was watching videos on a Machining channel that I frequent, and the "host" was doing some work on a Mazda 3 that he was having to frequently flush. He said he'd switched to dex/merc instead of the fancy dealership stuff, and his problems were abated. Anyway, I'm not totally sold. What says GRM?
