The central machinery one gets a 9.5/10 from me. Love that thing, they just didn't put enough teflon tape on the valve so I had to fix that for it not to leak

I was looking at a 10-15L one off Amazon... lots of transmission parts ain't small.
I have the little harbor freight one and I've been happy so far.
I would like to upgrade to a larger unit 8n the future.
I recently purchased the Vevor 30 liter ultrasonic and am pleased with it.
Happy to report it will swallow an entire cylinder head!
all the ebay/Amazon units with the blue label around the controls look like they are made in the same building. We get 18-36 months of regular use out of them before they stop functioning somehow. Usually the heater fails.
I pre-heat my water on the stove so it doesn't ask much of the built in heater.

I measured the length of the basin and it's about 19.5" long. So if your cylinder heads are shorrter than that, yeah, it'll work. 
I absolutely love mine for small house projects, heads, carbs and valve covers. I use mine often.

A splash of an alkaline degreaser in the water. Just barely enough to lightly tint the water whatever color the degreaser is. Super clean, simple green. We use a Glenlabs product from the restaraunt supply store that costs pennies but smells and works exactly like superclean.
Too much runs the risk of darkening aluminum. Also too much will generate a column of suds as the vibration does its thing.

Well, clearly it did 
Looks like the block will fit too. I might have to flip it a few times to get the whole thing though.

It will support the weight of my 40lb aluminum Suzuki block 
It won't hold an iron V8
It is stout enough to support the 66lbs of water in it plus another 40 perhaps. I don't really know what its limits are and they arent covered in the "manual" that came with it.

Universal truth: two things you can never have one that is "too large" -- garages, and ultrasonic cleaners.
