I forget where I learned it from but if you are at the side of the road with a stuck or rusted nut/bolt you can use a little brake fluid from the car as penetrating oil. Another thing that you can use is the dipstick to get a little oil and put it on a nut or bolt when assembling if you need a little oil for something.
