I detailed the build of my tube frame 1968 Corvette SCCA & HSR racer on the forum this past year or so. Here is a look of Bobby Kennedy's fast lap at the recent SCCA Sebring Hoosier Super Tour event. We had to start last (38th) due to no qualifying time but Bobby drove through to 15th overall. We had to run our 500 HP vintage type in GT-1 against current 800 plus HP types, but we had a blast and Bobby passed a bunch of much newer high dollar, high tech machinery such as Porsche 997 GT3 Cups, Ferrari 458 Challenge, Ford GT, Trans Am 2 pony cars, late model Corvette GT2 and more. The car will be raced in SCCA and HSR Southeast events this year.
