Build a few of these.  They look like an easy project.

No. That means I'd have to have a kid. 

A simpler form of a "CycleKart" and I like it.

Down here in the land of golf cart grocery buying, I kind of wonder if I should build one of these for some dumb fun on quick errands.

Problem is the rest of the idiots on the road.

Still, down to the gas station to get a can of gas for the mower would be cool.  Could always put a mini-rumble seat on the back for storage.

I drive a minivan, wear flannel and rock out to Steely Dan...I am already the coolest dad on the block.

Sorry, I became the coolest dad on the block when the fire department showed up after one of my christmas tree fires.

Don't ask about the time the cops showed up...

If you're skilled enough to build a cycle kart from a drum you're skilled enough to build a matching trailer to hold the groceries.................or, fill with ice and hold the beer.

I'm about 2 hours south of you guys, but building a cyclecart is on my ~2-3 year plan.  There's at least one other person in town planning to build one, possibly 2-3 more.  Also, I recently purchased some land between Richmond and Fredricksburg, VA, and the dirtbike trails could easily be re-purposed......

Have not seen one started from a drum... and with the matching trailer - new rabbit hole!!!

Speaking of coolest dad on the block:

At work we empty about a drum every month. Most have nasty residue, but the acetone drums are self cleaning. I just need fabrication talent, time and money and I think I could pull this off.
