Do you want some and not have any? Or do you have some and want to get rid of it?
On a tractor, it is good and adds traction. On a car, it is extra rotating mass which is bad and probably coming from the air compressor. Go to a tire place that has a water separator in the compressor line.
you don't want it in a car this is why cars and planes and bikes shops use N2. most use regular compressed air thats it very dry after going through the membrane filter to get converted to N2. Anything that see a temp rise if there water it will expand and grow the pressure inside and they claim lead to blow out..... I'm not convinced in the blow outs but I have seen it change stagger on race car a lot.
lot of rock crawlers use water or water + airsoft bb's in there tires since it is hard to balance 35"+ tall tires and the weight of the water helps keep the tires on the ground and lowers the rigs cog.
