Edited to add that I've now shown the video to my wife, and told her that whenever she's annoyed by my project stupidity she should think of this dude's partner "Kira" and acknowledge how good she (SWMBO) has it.
The cops may have been doing him a favor by stopping him before he could get the scooter down a boat ramp.
Yikes definitely brings new meaning to trailer brakes. I hate to imagine any sudden stops.
