DSM Shootout is a private event, the track is rented by a promoter (Dave B) and NHRA rules don't apply.
Its also the best display of of import power in the midwest, maybe the country. Highly suggested everyone attends at least once. This past year was year 8 for me.
I remember being blown away by how fast that thing was at the $2010 Challenge. Now it's even faster?

did you guys go to the dsm shootout? norwalk was crawling with buzzy vehicles friday when i was out there. it was like bees going back to the hive.

I don't see the problem with this kind of front end. It's just the old-style grills returned but not square.

Yes this was at the shootout, Matt won the autocross but found himself up against BIG DOLLAR cars in the drags, ended up with a 9.5@150
