So I have these 13" wheels with A048s that I was going to use on a ford festiva but I'm getting rid of that project and want something I can bolt them on to. I'm thinking Miata, but what other options are out there? I don't want FWD, but a CRX might be fun. Kinda stumped.
Stock Corvair rims are 13's... that would certainly be different.

What stud pattern are they?
Old Toyotas look great on 13's
4x100 and 4x114.3 but I care much more about the tires.
Well...lets see. The MG Midget uses 13's, so does the early Opel GT or other Opel's like Manta or 1900 (Ascona), Pintos, Vega's, Toyota, Datsun/nissan. Even some newer like metro's and the like.
4x100? The universal answer--Miata!
Sadly, I don't see ANYTHING wrong with getting a car based on wheels/tires. . .

Me neither. I've actually done it.
I would suggest a 70's import. 13's look right at home on them.
Forgot to mention 1st-gen RX-7. It's right up there with the Miata.

1st Gen RX-7 (though you will need to either swap the tires onto the stock 4x110 wheels or buy some spacer/adapters).
Screw spacers. Swap GSL-SE stuff under it.
Can you still get the tires that you would want for 13" rims?
RWD Toyota +1
You already have 4x114.3, so no need to find new wheels.
TE73 Corolla + 3S-GTE + light mods = less than 10 lbs per hp, and can be done all smog legal like, if you you're in the People's Republic of California.
If not a CRX, than the same years of Civic aren't that much different. But if it has to be RWD, the answer is RX-7.
SONETT III ( of course you'll play Heck finding 13 X 100mm chord bolt pattern)
Diamond Racing made mine.
Dropping from 15" to 13" lowers the car and reduces the gearing.
I dunno, I usually buy a car I like then look for wheels to help it look better. I've been doing it wrong for all these years......................

Sweet ride!
Triumph Spitfires and TR7's will do 13's.

Fiat X1/9, add a set of Wobble bolts and they will go on w/out issue (assuming bore size compatibilities)
The Rabbit on 13's is cool.
