What engine?

I back to thinking about re-powering my 83 RX-7. I've been through the whole gamut of possibilities. 5.0, LS1, V6s, pretty much everything.

Here's my question. What engines bolt up to a RX-7 transmission other than the rotary?

How similar is that trans to the FC TII trans?

I seriously doubt it bolts up to the tranny but you could buy my datsun l24 block=]
